Agentdraw Continues Expansion with Key Hire & Presence at K 2025

Experienced industry expert Simon Girdlestone recently joined Agentdraw as Sales Director, driving our ambitious plans for 2026 and beyond. Simon will be available for discussions at the K Trade Fair from October 8-10, 2025 in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Based in Leicestershire, Agentdraw is a trusted injection moulding partner to major brands and innovators across industries. We are pleased to announce the addition of Simon Girdlestone to our management team. An experienced industry figure holding numerous senior sales and management roles, Simon will drive our sales function as Sales Director, with exciting announcements on the horizon.

Starting his career as a toolroom apprentice at Cooper Bearings in 1985, Simon has enjoyed a successful career of over forty years in the plastics sector. With experience as a toolmaker at Bespak and as an area sales manager for injection moulding machinery brands such as Krauss Maffei and Husky earlier in his career, Simon then progressed through business development roles and into senior positions, with nineteen years as Sales Director for a leading plastic packaging manufacturer in Norfolk.

Simon has also held senior management positions, as well as being a Director for the Norfolk Chambers of Commerce for over three years, showing the wealth of experience and versatility he brings to our team.

Speaking about his new role, which he started in April 2025, Simon commented:
